We were so please we hired electric bikes here. Thomas (? - sorry if wrong!) was super helpful, could speak English, which really helped with the tech bits, and was just a really nice guy. I had a puncture and he brought a new bike in about 15 minutes! As he said, it was like the Tour de France. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great bikes too, easy to use.

Delivered and collected bikes for a reasonable price. Bikes were all good quality and came with 2 locks for the 4 bikes. We were very happy with the rental.

What a fantastic service. Yesterday afternoon I snapped a rear derailleur cable so we phoned Tom just before he closed and explained the problem. He said we could take the bike in this morning, so we dropped the bike off at 10.30, asking Tom - who was so friendly and helpful - to replace the derailleur cable. At 3pm we received a call from Tom saying the job was completed. I couldn't believe how quickly Tom had got my bike up and running again. Great service and very reasonably priced. It was a pleasure dealing with Tom and we wish his business every success. Highly recommended 👍

Excellent service. The owner managed to supply us with two e-bikes at very short notice. We had a great day along Canal de Midi. He even let leave our car in his garden while we were out for the day
